The Barn is ideal for community gatherings, weddings, family parties, fundraisers, musical events, and dances. Includes kitchen. Seats 250. The Gallery provides two levels of exhibit space for art shows and receptions, complete with track lighting, hanging rails and kitchen access. It is also well suited for meetings and concerts. Darrows Barn Private or For Profit Lincoln-Co Non-Profit or Community Full Day @ $500 Full Day @ $250 Full Week @ $2,000 Full Week @ $1,000 Sound System Available – Please call to inquire about rates and dates. Gallery Space $75/day — $450/week — $1,600/month (Winter rates are $150/day from October through March) Sound System Available – Please call to inquire about rates and dates. Old Ice Cream Shop $100 per day - $600/week - $2,500/month (Closed for the winter) Cancellation and payment policy No dates are booked until half of the use fee is submitted along with a completed DRA use agreement. In the event the reservation is cancelled, 50% of the total use fee will be retained unless the cancellation is made 60 business days in advance. Final payment for your use is due no later than 15 business days in advance of your first scheduled date. Requests for Ongoing or Continuing Rental All requests for multiple/recurring use dates must be reviewed and approved by the DRA Round Top Committee.
